You may cancel your DividendDash Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Because DividendDash Pro is a digital software service that incurs immediate server and live API costs upon usage, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for prior months already billed.
If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a critical technical failure preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
